Annual Tenancy Check-ins

Belle Isle TMO are required to carry out tenancy verification audits of properties managed by us.

We are checking to ensure that the legal tenant is still living in the property and that sub-letting or any other activity that contravenes the Tenancy Agreement is not taking place.

When we visit you can raise any concerns with us, request information about the services we provide or report a repair. You may wish to become involved with a community group or take part in other activities arranged by BITMO or the council to improve your neighbourhood.

If you are a Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation (BITMO) tenant, you can request an Annual Tenancy Check-in, giving your preferred times of appointment and your contact number so we could ring you back. You can do this by:

  • sending an to email to bitmo.enquiries@belleisletmo.co.uk
  • phoning the office on (0113) 378 2188
  • visiting us in person at the Belle Isle Office – Aberfield Gate, Belle Isle, Leeds LS10 3QH

BITMO’s Board has opened a new Winter Warmth Fund for this winter. The Board understand the cost of living crisis that is affecting many people and have allocated money from their budget to pay for goods that can help you and your family keep warm this winter.

BITMO households in need of extra support can apply for a winter warmth pack which will contain large fleecy sherpa blankets, hot water bottles with covers and fleecy socks, with the amounts depending on how many people are in our household.

You can find out more and apply for a Winter Warmth Pack here.
