C1 £16,851 – £18,279 per annum, 22.5 hours per week
26 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata)

We provide services to council tenants in Belle Isle. We are tenant led, tenant managed and much more than just a landlord, we have a social purpose providing vital support to help our tenants to thrive in their community.
You will join us at an exciting time as we work to improve the quality of our services and evidence compliance with the housing regulators consumer standards.
Our office is located close to all our 1,900 properties and in the heart of the Belle Isle Community.
We have a new and exciting permanent opportunity working within our repairs team. You will ensure the effective scheduling of caretaker and handyperson resources and co-ordinate in-house and outsourced services. You will plan, assess and quantify workloads and record key performance data so that we deliver work within agreed service standards, achieve customer satisfaction, value for money, and maximise productivity.
