Are you already working with your neighbours to improve your community? Please let us know about it and if there is anything we could do to help.

Or are you interested in linking up with neighbours to help make Belle Isle an even better place to live? This could be anything from going for regular walks together to arranging a street party to setting up a street WhatsApp group. BITMO hours over the holidays

BITMO’s housing office – the housing counter and the telephone service – will be business as normal until 5pm on Monday 23 December.

Tuesday 24 December – 9am-1pm

Wednesday 25 December – CLOSED

Thursday 26 December – CLOSED

Friday 27 December – 10am-4pm

Monday 30 December -10am-4pm

Tuesday 31 December – 10am-1pm

Wednesday 1 January – CLOSED

BITMO’s Board has opened a new Winter Warmth Fund for this winter. The Board understand the cost of living crisis that is affecting many people and have allocated money from their budget to pay for goods that can help you and your family keep warm this winter.

BITMO households in need of extra support can apply for a winter warmth pack which will contain large fleecy sherpa blankets, hot water bottles with covers and fleecy socks, with the amounts depending on how many people are in our household.
