BITMO’s GATE community centre will be open on all seven working days during the school holidays, with food available every day. There are also

Wednesday 27 December—open 9am – 1pm. Toasties served 9.30am -12.30pm

Thursday 28 December—open 1pm – 7pm. Soup & toast served from 1pm. Family filmshow 4pm

Friday 29 December—open 9am-1pm. Breakfast plus family craft activity

Tuesday 2 January—open 1pm – 7pm. Hot meal 4-6pm. Indoor games 1.30-3.30pm.

Wednesday 3 January— open 9am-1pm. Toasties served 9.30am -12.30pm

Thursday 4 January—open 1pm-7pm. Sandwich packs at 1pm. Table tennis games with Ping Pong Pete 1.30-3.30pm

Friday 5 January—open 9am-1pm. Breakfast plus family craft activity

Belle Isle Senior Action’s 59 Centre will be closed for much of the holidays, but reopens on the morning of Friday January 5th

BITMO hours over the holidays

BITMO’s housing office – the housing counter and the telephone service – will be business as normal until 5pm on Monday 23 December.

BITMO’s Board has opened a new Winter Warmth Fund for this winter. The Board understand the cost of living crisis that is affecting many people and have allocated money from their budget to pay for goods that can help you and your family keep warm this winter.

BITMO households in need of extra support can apply for a winter warmth pack which will contain large fleecy sherpa blankets, hot water bottles with covers and fleecy socks, with the amounts depending on how many people are in our household.
