Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation has responsibility for repairs and capital investment to maintain approximately nineteen hundred properties in the Belle Isle area of Leeds.

We have a strong track record of success, and we are looking for the right person to build on our strengths and continue to provide outstanding customer service. As a Customer Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service to all tenants, residents and visitors to Belle Isle TMO, promoting the image of the organisation and ensuring wherever possible that the customer experience is positive.

BITMO’s housing office – the housing counter and the telephone service – will be business as normal until 5pm on Monday 23 December.

BITMO’s Board has opened a new Winter Warmth Fund for this winter. The Board understand the cost of living crisis that is affecting many people and have allocated money from their budget to pay for goods that can help you and your family keep warm this winter.

BITMO households in need of extra support can apply for a winter warmth pack which will contain large fleecy sherpa blankets, hot water bottles with covers and fleecy socks, with the amounts depending on how many people are in our household.
